Frequently asked questions.
Where’s your pricing sheet?
We don’t have one. No, we’re not trying to be mysterious. The truth is that videos range widely in price based on the creative involved. We’ve done $2,000 videos and we’ve done $200,000 videos. The reason we don’t provide a price sheet is because we’re not a cookie-cutter video house; we custom tailor each video to our client’s exact needs so that we can maximize their budget to meet their exact goals.
Ok, I’m interested—so what’s the process?
We always start every new relationship with a get-to-know you call. This is an informal phone call where we ask questions about you and invite you to ask questions about us. By the end of this conversation, we want to feel like we’re completely aligned on your goals for your video project. If it seems like we’re a good fit for each other, we’ll follow up in a couple of days with some ideas to for how to bring your project to life.
I already know exactly what I want. Can you just film and edit it?
Absolutely! While many of our clients rely on our video expertise to come up with a creative concept, that’s not always the case. We’ve had tremendous success with many companies and agencies that already had detailed briefs before reaching out to us. No matter what stage you bring us in on, our goal is to bring your vision to life and exceed expectations, every time!
How long does it take to make a video?
Your timeline depends on a lot of things, like length, complexity, and how quickly you can provide feedback to our post team. Generally videos take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months to produce start-to-finish. That said, we can oftentimes accommodate rush turnarounds, so make sure to tell us about any deadlines you might have coming up!
What cities can you film in?
We can film anywhere in the world! Well, almost anywhere. We’d probably have some second thoughts about dropping into North Korea. In all seriousness though, we have produced videos in 43 different states and 11 different countries. One of the greatest perks of being based in Atlanta is that we’re a direct flight to almost anywhere, and we have great relationships with top-notch crews around the world.
Does pineapple belong on pizza?
Sometimes. We’d kindly ask you to refrain from adding pineapple to our classic Pizza Supreme (it’s our momma’s recipe!). But hey, we’re always open to new ideas. Whether it comes to creative ideas or pizza toppings, we’re always up for trying something outside-the-box. Just don’t eat your pizza with a knife and fork.
